Our Concrete Driveway Installation Process

1. Site Preparation

We begin by removing old pavement, grass, or debris and grading the area to ensure proper drainage.

2. Excavation & Base Layer

The soil is excavated to the required depth, then we install a compacted gravel or crushed stone base to provide stability and prevent shifting.

3. Forms Installation

Strong wooden or metal forms are placed to outline the driveway’s shape, ensuring clean edges and correct alignment.

4. Reinforcement Placement

Steel rebar or wire mesh is added to strengthen the concrete and reduce the risk of cracking.

5. Pouring the Concrete

Fresh concrete is poured evenly across the prepared area, carefully spread to the right thickness.

6. Leveling & Finishing

We screed and smooth the surface, then apply finishing techniques such as broom, brushed, or decorative patterns depending on your preference.

7. Curing Process

The concrete is kept moist to cure properly, maximizing strength and durability.

8. Expansion Joints

Control joints are cut into the surface to help prevent cracking as the concrete naturally expands and contracts.

9. Final Inspection & Cleanup

We make sure everything meets our quality standards, remove the forms, and clean up the site, leaving your new driveway ready for use.

10. Driveway Ready

After the curing period (typically 7 days for light use and up to 28 days for full strength), your concrete driveway will be ready to handle vehicles for years to come.
